An Afternoon with Craig Groeschel

“Don’t miss it,” Groeschel said. “Don’t miss out on the special thing you’ve got going on here [in Warsaw/Winona Lake]. “

Craig Groeschel, senior pastor to over 80,000 people at Life.Church, had some extra time on his calendar that he decided to use to inspire, uplift, and challenge one special community. That community was us.

Grace hosted the event sponsored by the Global Leadership Summit and the Intercession Group on its campus in the MOCC. Nearly a thousand people gathered to hear Groeschel including surrounding area business leaders, innovators, educators, and Grace College students, faculty, and staff.

Craig Groeschel is a father, pastor, speaker, best-selling author, and leadership expert. He is the host of the “The Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast” which reaches millions of people weekly. The leadership expertise Groeschel imparted with the Warsaw/Winona Lake at the event was invaluable.

“The potential of your organization always reflects on the strength of its people,” Groeschel shared.

Groeschel focused on the “3 Ds” for impacting high potential players: discover, develop, and deploy. Business leaders and Grace students alike (namely School of Business Students) left the event with a fresh perspective on leaving a legacy and the importance of investing in people.

The event concluded with a catered lunch from one of Warsaw’s favorite local dining spots, 110 Craft Meatery.

Winona’s afternoon with Craig Groeschel is one that won’t be forgotten.
